Biographies

Elisa G. Sheftic, President

Elisa is currently the President and Managing Partner of Right Executive Search, LLC. Her main area of expertise is placing C-level Executives in the Financial Services, Banking, Hedge Fund/Private Equity and Accounting industries. She is also responsible for all aspects of client service, operations and administration.

Prior to starting her own firm, Elisa was a Partner and Senior Managing Director for the Patton Group LLC, a national search organization where she managed the New York/New Jersey office. Previously, she was employed with R&L Solutions, a boutique Executive Search firm in the Tristate area. Additional experience includes Associate Director positions at Quellos (Blackrock) and Bear Stearns. Elisa also worked at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley in their Private Client Divisions, acting as a relationship manager for high net worth and institutional clients.

She graduated from Rutgers University in 1988 and received her MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a concentration in Finance/Marketing in 1995. Elisa is currently completing her HR post-graduate studies at Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Elisa has been able to leverage her past financial services experience and business school contacts to obtain many qualified "passive" candidates, but also uses the Internet as a means to source candidates as well. Ms. Sheftic is an avid networker and utilizes her vast network for the benefit of her clients.

Cathy Tidmarsh, Talent Acquisition Associate

Cathy Tidmarsh is currently a Talent Acquisition Associate for Right Executive Search, LLC. Prior to joining RES, Cathy was sole proprietor of MHT Executive Search. Her main area of expertise was placing executives in the Technology, Health Care, and Call Center industries. Previously, she was a multi-industry Senior Manager with over 20 years in Call Center Technology and Operations. Cathy holds a B.A. from Adelphi University.


Linda Iceland, Talent Acquisition Associate

Linda Iceland is currently a Talent Acquisition Associate and administrative aide for Right Executive Search. Linda joined RES after a long career in the media industry, in positions spanning editorial, marketing, communications and human resources, including managerial roles in recruitment, hiring, employee retention and employee relations. Linda is a cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.


Rebecca Rund, Talent Acquisition Associate

Rebecca Rund is a Talent Acquisition Associate for Right Executive Search, LLC. Prior to joining RES, Rebecca worked at Deloitte for six years as a project manager focusing on processing reengineering and change management solutions for clients. Rebecca is now responsible for candidate identification and sourcing, as well as administrative and technology initiatives related to full-cycle recruitment and candidate and client relations. Rebecca holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a Master's from Duke University.


Joana Berry, Assistant Talent Acquisition Associate

Joana Berry is currently an Assistant Talent Acquisition Associate at Right Executive Search, LLC. Joana utilizes multiple sourcing methods to connect with top talent. Joana has 8 years' experience in Human Resources Management, where she provided extensive recruitment and retention strategies, training, and benefits administration, in the fields of technology, medical, and property management sectors.
