Please be sure to include your compensation, location preferences and a clear indication of the type of opportunities that interest you. Lengthy cover letters are not necessary. Bullets work best.
Once we have reviewed your information, we will contact you to schedule a call to further discuss your background, skill set and to provide in-depth information on the positions we are currently working on that may be a fit. If we have an opportunity that interests you, we will ask you to complete a summary that includes a brief description of your experience in relation to each of the job requirements. (Please note: If we are not currently working on a position that is in line with your qualifications, we will enter your resume in our database and contact you in the future about positions that match your skill set.)
Next we will schedule an in-person interview to discuss your background as well as the role. Given our candidates' schedules, we do make ourselves available for evening and weekend interviews. If during the interview process we mutually agree that the position is a fit and an opportunity you would like to pursue, we will present you to our client. This presentation will include our general feedback, your job requirements summary sheet and, of course, your resume.
Once we receive feedback from the client, we will work with you through the entire interview process. In addition, once you have started your new position, we do check in with you frequently and continue this partnership should you have any questions or concerns. We want you to consider us a resource that you can utilize throughout your careers. Referrals are our best source for candidates and we place a strong value on our relationship with you!
