Ms. Sheftic is currently the President and Managing Partner of Right Executive Search, LLC. Her main area of expertise is placing mid to C-level professionals in the Financial Services, Banking, Hedge Fund/Private Equity, Accounting and Management Consulting industries. She is also responsible for all aspects of sourcing strategy development, client service, operations and administration.
Prior to starting her own firm, Elisa was a Partner and Senior Managing Director for The Patton Group LLC, a national search organization, where she managed the New York/New Jersey office. Previously, she was employed with R&L Solutions, a boutique Executive Search firm in the Tri-State area. Additional experience includes Associate Director positions at Quellos (Blackrock) and Bear Stearns as well as tenures in the Private Client divisions at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley.
She received her BA from Rutgers University and received her MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with a concentration in Finance/Marketing, in 1995. Ms. Randazzo is currently a Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Right Executive Search, LLC and prior to joining RES, Jane worked at Corbin Capital Partners for more than six years as the head of Client Services, responsible for client relations and administration. Previously, Ms. Randazzo was a Vice President and Director of Institutional Client Services at BNY Asset Management and was responsible for managing the client services and presentation production teams. Ms. Randazzo has also held positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management and Schroder Investment Management. She holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Linda Iceland is currently a Talent Acquisition Associate and administrative aide for Right Executive Search. Linda joined RES after a long career in the media industry, in positions spanning editorial, marketing, communications and human resources, including managerial roles in recruitment, hiring, employee retention and employee relations. elanie (Mel) Donus is a Vice President at Right Executive Search where she directs the Diversity Talent Acquisition division and spearheads the career exploratory testing service for college students, recent graduates, or any candidate looking to launch or redirect their career. Her function within the Diversity Talent Acquisition line focuses on fostering diversity within the workplace as a holistic concept; and more specifically, career empowerment for female “Returners” and neurodiverse (Autism) candidates, in addition to supporting clients on promoting autism awareness within their corporate culture. Melanie promotes the importance of knowing yourself and assists job seekers gain clarity about their career compatibility by analyzing their Birkman® career exploratory test report findings and coaching them on “best fit” industry and job title matches.

Ms. Potschantek is currently a Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Right Executive Search, LLC and has 18 years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting, building recruitment programs, and international expansion. Prior to RES, Ms. Potschantek had the unique opportunity to work in HR/Recruitment capacities in dynamic and varied environments, including: VP of Recruiting for Citigroup/Lava Trading, HR Consultant at CR Bard, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mercer Delta Consulting, and Senior Manager, Strategic Recruiting at Mail.com. She is a certified trainer in behavioral-based interviewing. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree from William Paterson University and a Master’s degree from Fordham University in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Ms. Rund is a Talent Acquisition Associate for Right Executive Search, LLC. Prior to joining RES, Rebecca worked at Deloitte for six years as a project manager focusing on processing reengineering and change management solutions for clients. Rebecca is now responsible for candidate identification and sourcing, as well as administrative and technology initiatives related to full-cycle recruitment and candidate and client relations. Her main area of expertise was placing executives in the Technology, Health Care, and Call Center industries.
