Ms. Sheftic is the President and Managing Partner of Right Executive Search, LLC. She specializes in placing mid- to C-level professionals within the Financial Technology (Fintech) and Financial Services industries. In addition to her recruiting expertise, Elisa oversees sourcing strategy development, client service, operations and administration.
Prior to founding her own firm in 2010, Elisa served as a Partner and Senior Managing Director at The Patton Group LLC, a national search organization, where she managed the New York/New Jersey office. Previously, she worked with R&L Solutions, a boutique roles at Quellos (now BlackRock) and Bear Stearns as well as positions in the Private Client divisions of Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley.
Elisa earned her BA from Rutgers University and her MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 1995, concentrating in Finance and Marketing., She also completed post-graduate studies in Human Resources at Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Linda Iceland is Vice President Talent Acquisition Research and Administration for Right Executive Search. Linda joined RES in 2011 after a long career in the media industry, in positions spanning editorial, marketing, communications and human resources, including managerial roles in recruitment, hiring, employee retention and employee relations. Linda is a cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Melanie (Mel) Donus is a Vice President at Right Executive Search where she directs the Diversity Talent Acquisition division and spearheads the career aptitude testing service for college students, recent graduates, or any candidate looking to launch or redirect their career. Her function within the Diversity Talent Acquisition line focuses on career empowerment for female “Returners” and neurodiverse (Autism) candidates, in addition to supporting clients on promoting autism awareness within their corporate culture. Melanie fosters the importance of knowing yourself and assists job seekers to gain clarity about their career compatibility by analyzing their Birkman® test report findings and coaching them on “best fit” industry and job title matches.
In addition to her 10-year RES tenure, she brings a unique combination of expertise including a career relaunch after an extended leave of absence and the real-life experience of parenting three boys with Autism. Prior to joining RES, Melanie was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank for over 11 years in various Structured Product client facing roles. Additional experience includes Chief Operations Officer at Precision Capital Advisors, Private Equity Administrator at Banker’s Trust, and Trading Assistant at a boutique investment advisory firm in Beverly Hills, CA.
Melanie received her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia State University and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Project Management. She utilizes her expansive networking list in addition to expertise in Birkman® career assessment reporting, a Certified Professional Resume Writer credential, and an active membership in the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches to support RES candidates and clients. She is active in giving back to the community and her background includes extensive philanthropic leadership roles. In addition, she frequently speaks at various local colleges and universities regarding the day-to-day impact of Autism on families and the new trends of neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace.

Jacob Sheftic is a results-driven Talent Acquisition and Recruiting professional with a specialty in sourcing and placing top-tier candidates at all levels in the financial services, fintech, and professional services industries. As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Right Executive Search (RES) since 2022, Jacob contributes to the full recruitment lifecycle, actively connecting clients with high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing and strategic networking. Lisa Poser has been a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Right Executive Search, LLC since 2021, where she is responsible for sourcing and conducting research to identify top-tier talent for leading firms in the financial services and professional sectors. With a career spanning executive search roles at firms like The Stevenson Group and Blau Kaptain Schroeder, Lisa has recruited senior-level professionals across industries, including finance, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. A magna cum laude graduate of Boston University with a degree in Public Relations, Lisa combines decades of expertise with a meticulous approach to talent sourcing and research.

Ms. Potschantek is currently a Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Right Executive Search, LLC and has 18 years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting, building recruitment programs, and international expansion. Prior to RES, Ms. Potschantek had the unique opportunity to work in HR/Recruitment capacities in dynamic and varied environments, including: VP of Recruiting for Citigroup/Lava Trading, HR Consultant at CR Bard, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mercer Delta Consulting, and Senior Manager, Strategic Recruiting at Mail.com. She is a certified trainer in behavioral-based interviewing. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree from William Paterson University and a Master’s degree from Fordham University in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Ms. Rund is a Talent Acquisition Associate for Right Executive Search, LLC. Prior to joining RES, Rebecca worked at Deloitte for six years as a project manager focusing on processing reengineering and change management solutions for clients. Rebecca is now responsible for candidate identification and sourcing, as well as administrative and technology initiatives related to full-cycle recruitment and candidate and client relations. Rebecca holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland and a Master's from Duke University.
Ms. Tidmarsh is currently a Talent Acquisition Associate for Right Executive Search, LLC. Prior to joining RES, Cathy was sole proprietor of MHT Executive Search. Her main area of expertise was placing executives in the Technology, Health Care, and Call Center industries. Previously, she was a multi-industry Senior Manager with over 20 years in Call Center Technology and Operations. Cathy holds a B.A. from Adelphi University.
