Elisa Sheftic, MBA

Ms. Sheftic communicates with human resource professionals, hiring managers, and job-seekers on a daily basis and offers insights to candidates on networking, interviewing, and utilizing LinkedIn, job boards and social media.

Ms. Sheftic is the President and Managing Partner of Right Executive Search, LLC, and the creator of Her expertise is placing professionals in the financial services and management consulting industries. Prior to starting her own firm, she was a partner and Senior Managing Director for The Patton Group LLC, a national search organization, where she managed the New York/New Jersey office. Previously, she was employed with R&L Solutions, a boutique executive search firm in the Tri-State area. Additional experience includes Associate Director positions at Quellos (Blackrock) and Bear Stearns as well as tenures at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley.

Ms. Sheftic received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and received her MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, with a concentration in Finance/Marketing, in 1995. Continuing professional development includes Human Resources Certification (in progress) from Cornell University, School of Industrial & Labor Relations.

Melanie Donus, CPRW

Melanie (Mel) Donus is a Vice President at Right Executive Search where she directs the Diversity Talent Acquisition division and spearheads the career exploratory testing service for college students, recent graduates, or any candidate looking to launch or redirect their career.  Her function within the Diversity Talent Acquisition line focuses on fostering diversity within the workplace as a holistic concept; and more specifically, career empowerment for female “Returners” and neurodiverse (Autism) candidates, in addition to supporting clients on promoting autism awareness within their corporate culture.  Melanie promotes the importance of knowing yourself and assists job seekers gain clarity about their career compatibility by analyzing their Birkman® career exploratory test report findings and coaching them on “best fit” industry and job title matches.  


In addition to her 10-year RES tenure, Melanie’s previous titles include Vice President at Deutsche Bank for over 11 years in various Structured Product client facing roles, Chief Operations Officer at Precision Capital Advisors, Private Equity Administrator at Banker’s Trust, and Trading Assistant at a boutique investment advisory firm in Beverly Hills, CA.


Melanie received her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia State University and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in Project Management. She utilizes her expansive networking list in addition to expertise in Birkman® career exploratory reporting, a Certified Professional Resume Writer credential, and an active membership in the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches to support RES candidates and clients.  She is active in giving back to the community and her background includes extensive philanthropic leadership roles.  In addition, she frequently speaks at various local colleges and universities regarding the day to day impact of Autism on families and the latest job market trends regarding female returners and neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace.

Jane V. Randazzo, CPRW

Ms. Randazzo is currently a Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Right Executive Search, LLC responsible for active sourcing and screening of candidates. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and an active member of the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches. She works with prospective candidates to write and enhance professional resumes across industries and job levels, with a focus on financial services and financial technology.

Prior to joining RES, Jane worked at Corbin Capital Partners, a $2bn hedge fund of fund firm, for more than six years as the head of Client Services, responsible for client relations and administration. Additional experience includes Vice President and Director of Institutional Client Services at BNY Asset Management, and positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management and Schroder Investment Management. She holds a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA in global business and financial instruments from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Prior positions include tenures at Bank of America, Bear Stearns, Foster McKay and Capco.


Her expertise includes career planning, leadership development, goal definition, individual assessment and value analysis, personal branding, interview presentation, resume writing, and networking.Heidi was a finance and international business graduate from New York University's Leonard N.
